What services do you offer?

We offer two main services: Meet & Greet and Park & Ride. These services cater to different preferences and parking needs.

How does the Meet & Greet Service Work?

Our Meet & Greet service ensures a seamless experience. A professional and insured chauffeur collects your car directly from the airport terminal and parks it at our secured facility just outside the airport.

Where is the car parked after collection?

After collection, your car is securely parked at our facility, located just outside the airport.

Is the parking facility secure?

Yes, our parking facilities are fully secured and insured, featuring 24/7 CCTV surveillance, automated entrance and exit, and fenced boundaries with manned security.

Are Chauffeurs insured to drive customer cars?

Absolutely, all our chauffeurs are fully insured, trained, and professional individuals.

How do I contact the chauffeur and where do I meet them?

Upon booking confirmation, you'll receive an email with all necessary instructions, including the chauffeur's number. Contact the chauffeur 20-30 minutes before arriving at the airport. They will meet you at the terminal for car collection and return.

How does the Park & Ride Service Work?

For Park & Ride, you park your car at our facility 2.3 miles from the airport and take a shuttle to the terminal.

Where is the parking facility located for Park & Ride?

Upon booking, you'll receive an email with the parking facility address, postcode, and contact number. Park your car there and use our shuttle service to reach the airport.

How often do shuttle services run?

We operate 24/7, with shuttles running every 15 minutes, ensuring a quick 5-10 minute transfer.

What if I don't receive the confirmation email?

No worries. If you don't receive the email within 10 minutes, contact our Customer Support at +44 113 519 5137 or email us at support@airportparkingservicesleeds.co.uk. You can also use the Chat portal on our website for a rapid response.

Can I get a refund if my plans change or are canceled?

In case of cancellation, we offer the flexibility to hold your booking for future use without extra cost. For a refund, notify us three days prior to your departure date.

Is there a charge for cancellation?

Yes, there's an administration fee of £15 deducted from the refund, as per our terms and conditions.

How can I cancel my booking?

What times should I enter for drop-off and return?

Enter the time you drop off your car at the airport for drop-off and the time your flight is scheduled to land for return.

What if my flight is delayed?

We offer a 4-hour timeframe relaxation for flight delays or earlier arrivals.

Is the service available for all airport terminals?

Yes, our services cover all terminals. Select your departing and arrival terminals on the reservation form.

What are levy charges?

Levy charges are airport drop-off area fees, not included in the quote. Customers are responsible for paying these charges directly to the airport on top of the parking price.
